The Met fans are hitting the panic button. Syndergaard got scratched due to a tired arm and Cespedes goes down with another hamstring injury. These aren’t season-ending injuries but hamstring injuries could be nagging and take a while to fully heal. Syndergaard with a tired arm already would scare me a little bit. The Mets have dropped 6 in a row and need to begin to figure it out.
The Red Sox failed to give Sale run support again as he let up 1 run and lost the game. The Yankees got the best of the Red Sox and shut down the dynamic offense. Boston vs. Cubs this week where it should be a fight of the heavyweights.

Scherzer should dominate this depleted lineup and will be a great play. deGrom looks to be one of the sure thing the Mets have this season. He should be able to shut down the Nationals.
