With a huge play from Andrew Benintendi gunning down a runner at the plate, the Boston Red Sox tie the New York Yankees for first place, a position they have held for a while. We have a giant matchup of the stars at short stop in this game as well. Bogaerts went 3-4 with two home runs and a double. Correa took price to the moon as he his a bomb to left field that was a no doubter off the bat. John Farrell struck again as he made some questionable decisions in this game. The Sox have been streaky this year but overall their weakest part of the team is John Farrell. Will he keep them from winning the division? Stay tuned.

New York Mets @ L.A. Dodgers- Kershaw takes the mound for the Dodgers as they face the Mets at home. Last year Kershaw dominated the Mets as he held them to a batting average of .119. Last year Mets offense was a lot better than this years. Cespedes is still getting back into the grove of things coming back from injury so he won’t be a factor. Other problems the Mets face is the loss of Neil Walker, and Jose Reyes is not hitting at all. Kershaw should dominate this game and should be a lock in your line up it doesn’t matter the price.

San Francisco Giants @ Atlanta Braves-R.A. Dickey is a pitcher that I will put in the high scoring play section. However we know that the Giants’ have a terrible offense. R.A. Dickey will keep this game under control however he won’t pick up the win. The Braves will have a difficult task facing Johhny Cueto. Cueto is the 4th highest priced pitcher which is a steal. He should be a lock for your line up.

High-Scoring Plays
Washington Nationals @ Miami Marlins- The Nats were shut down last night by deGrom and the Mets as they were held to one run. The Nationals are a better team than scoring just one run. Look for them to go off in this game. Miami plays in a dome that is air conditioned so the conditions will be ideal there won’t be any wind to affect the long ball that the Nationals can hit. All of the Nationals stars are due for big game, with Kershaw and Cueto taking up a lot of your salary it will be hard to afford Harper, Murphy or Turner. Look for role players like Taylor and Goodwin to help fill out your line up.

Boston Red Sox @ Kanas City Royals- Boston took 2 our of 3 from Houston who is the best ball club in baseball and now Boston is tied in first in the AL East. Bogaerts got hot last night as he homered twice and had a RBI single. Boston should be able to take this game easily over the Royals. Moreland and Ramirez are due for home runs. Bogaerts and Betts are hot, and Pedroia is fully back in the line up. The top 6 batters will have a great day, as the tail end of the line up is struggling.

Under Value Plays
Cole-PIT-SP- Gerrit Cole is very under valued and will be a great play with Kershaw who is very expensive. Cole is playing the Brewers and Thames is on fire, so it will be a risky play. However his price tag at $7500 is worth taking on that risk because he could have major upside.
Napoli-TEX-1B-Napoli isn’t hitting for average this year however he is hitting home runs which is a plus. Look for Napoli to start to catch fire and start raising his average. I like him to have a big day against the Blue Jays. He is $3400 so it will allow you to pick up some one like Harper.
Pedroia-BOS-2B-Fully back in Bostons line up Pedroia’s price has dropped. He is only $3400 and is a steal. He is able to produce for him self and has Betts in front of him with Bogaerts, Benintendi, Ramirez, Moreland, Bradley Jr, behind him. Pedroia should be a lock in your line up, it will be a great play.
Longoria-TB-3B-Longoria homered last night and now has 10 home runs on the season. He is only batting .253 however for a power hitter in the back side of his career it will be expected to have a lower average. He has turned it up, as he is batting .500 with 3 doubles over the last 4 games.
Taylor-WAS-OF-A day where it will be hard to take Harper, Zimmerman, Murphy, or Turner you will have to look towards others National players. Taylor will be a great play in the outfield for your team. He is only $3900 which is very cheap for an outfielder. He can hit home runs he’s only 4 behind Betts who is an MVP candidate.
