It was nice to see some level of rebound from the Wild Card Round’s picks, but we continue to face a postseason where the numbers are simply unforgiving. The good news is that the reads remain straightforward, even if the results don’t always align in the end.

There are, however, only a few games left in the entire season. Just three. That means the number of opportunities has dwindled down to the point that we may not see as much value as we would have otherwise.

Thankfully, that isn’t the case. Despite there being just two games this week, both have setups we love.

Perhaps we just had to wait until now for the playoffs to deliver for us.

New England Patriots at Denver Broncos

I keep saying the same thing no matter the audience. That is, as football fans, we were robbed of a potentially great matchup between the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos because of the injury to Broncos starting quarterback Bo Nix. Obviously, fans of either team have their own rooting interests at the forefront of their minds, but we can no longer look at the matchup as a true battle between the best rosters the two franchises can provide. And that is unfortunate.
