Last week, it was almost unavoidable to create a lineup of ‘stars-and-studs.’ This week, despite a few higher-priced options, there aren’t too many that must be used. Instead, the bulk of the value appears to sit in the middle tiers of each position and will produce balanced lineups.

Based on our expected Week 6 DFS game flow analysis performed earlier, we can carry our thoughts into actual lineup positions. The long list of players that fit the requirements set forth by the projected flow of the game was cut dramatically by the requirements set forth by salaries.

Below are Sporfolio’s DFS Week 6 Plays:

Quarterback

Jameis Winston – We may not get a perfect game from Jameis Winston, but the Buccaneers’ quarterback is as close to the perfect combination as possible. As an organization, Tampa Bay is never shy to throw the ball downfield, so the ability for big plays is ever-present. This is enhanced by a matchup with the Atlanta Falcons and their nonexistent defense. They have allowed at least 37 points to each of the last three teams, and there is little to suggest that that pace will slow down on Sunday. After all, the Falcons’ offense is largely responsible for the defense’s poor numbers, as Atlanta has finally figured out how to put points on the scoreboard, which results in opponents doing the same – or, at least, taking more chances through-the-air. Finally, at Winston’s relatively low price, it would not be shocking if he ends the weekend as the top fantasy passer on a per-dollar basis.
