Tonight we have an eight-game slate to dig through for our daily fantasy hockey needs. There are three games I am going to target tonight as the basis of my DFS lineups:

Chicago Blackhawks @ Arizona Coyotes (Chicago, -150, 5 over/under)
Toronto Maple Leafs @ St. Louis Blues (St. Louis, -120, 6 over/under)
New York Rangers @ Buffalo Sabres (New York, -130, 5.5 over/under)

Winnipeg at Dallas also has a 6 over/under and both teams will be on my radar*

Tonight I want plenty of exposure to the Chicago Blackhawks. Chicago gets an Arizona team that allowed 2.83 goals against per game last month and have allowed a league second-worst 3.14 goals against per game on the season. At home Arizona has allowed 2.68 goals against per game and an NHL 10th-most 15 power play goals against. In 5v5 situations Arizona’s SCA/60 at home is 8.47 (seventh-highest) — so Chicago’s even strength lines should get plenty of scoring chances. Per NaturalStatTrick.com, Arizona’s HDCA/60 in 5v5 situations is 12.51, the highest in the NHL. Chicago’s top two even strength lines are firmly in play:

Nick Schmaltz $3.2K (3G, 4A, 1 PPP, 29 SOG)
Jonathan Toews $7.2K (9G, 19A, 7 PPP, 114 SOG)
Marian Hossa $6.1K (18G, 12A, 7 PPP, 104 SOG)

Line 2:

Artemi Panarin $7.1K (17G, 27A, 14 PPP, 125 SOG)
Artem Anisimov $6.5K (18G, 16A, 8 PPP, 84 SOG)
Patrick Kane $8.3K  (15G, 34A, 13 PPP, 180 SOG)

In past seasons, I would not normally look to pick on
