We’re now deeply entrenched in following the overall trend of this season, in which the ‘over’ was winning at historic rates. Even though we’re starting to see it level off a bit, we still need to be careful when leaning on offense.
A Note from Mario: Unfortunately, the picks went 1-2, last week, although they were close. I will continue to provide these picks as I see fit, but please do your research and play responsibly.
In the world of daily fantasy roster construction, ‘stacking’ players from the same team can often lead to big results. Seattle Seahawks at Buffalo Bills
It should come as no surprise to find this game here, because every single game the Seahawks play in produces tons of offense. To rattle off some important numbers, the Seahawks offense has scored 31 or more points in every game but one (in which they still scored 27) and they rank third in the league in total yards, first in the league in points for, sixth in net yards per pass attempt and seventh in yards per rush attempt. Basically, this offense is impossible to slow down. The defense on the other hand, has been no such force as they have allowed more yards than any other team in the league, and they especially struggle against the pass as they rank 27th in the league in net yards per pass attempt. The Bills offense has not looked great in recent weeks, but we know they have talent and they are very capable of making big plays. Given the likely game script and the ideal matchup, it is hard to imagine Josh Allen and his offense not putting big numbers as they try to play keep up with Russell Wilson.
